1. About Worlderly

Worlderly is an online learning platform offering live, instructor-led classes for children, including but not limited to Math, Science, Chess, AI & STEM, aligned with recognised curricula such as the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) framework and other global standards.

All services are provided under the brand Worlderly, owned and operated by Infinite Innovations SG PTE LTD.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

• Worlderly services are available only to children enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
• By enrolling a child, you confirm that:
  • You are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have lawful authority to consent.
  • You consent to your child’s participation in live online classes.
  • You agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.

Children may not create or manage accounts independently.

3. Account Registration & Accuracy

Parents must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Child’s full name
• Date of birth
• School name
• Grade level
• Parent/guardian contact details

You are responsible for keeping all information accurate and confidential.

4. Classes & Service Delivery

• Classes are conducted live online using platforms such as Zoom or equivalent tools.
• Worlderly may offer:
  • Free or paid trial classes
  • Group classes
  • 1:1 sessions
  • Special workshops, challenges, or events
• Schedules, instructors, and formats may change with reasonable notice.

Worlderly does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or competition outcomes.

5. Class Recordings

• All live classes may be recorded for:
  • Internal quality assurance
  • Teacher training and evaluation
  • Academic review and improvement
• Recordings are:
  • Stored securely
  • Accessed only by authorised personnel
  • Not shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit parental consent

By enrolling, you consent to such recordings for internal purposes.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Fees are clearly communicated before enrolment.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Worlderly does not store card or bank details.

Refund Policy:

• Trial classes are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Missed classes due to student absence are not refundable.
• Exceptional cases may be reviewed at Worlderly’s discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

Parents and students agree to:

• Maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour
• Follow instructor guidance during sessions
• Not disrupt classes or other participants
• Not record, distribute, or reproduce class content without permission

Worlderly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, including but not limited to:

• Lesson plans
• Slides
• Games
• Worksheets
• Videos
• Curriculum content

are the intellectual property of Infinite Innovations SG PTE LTD or its authorised partners and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Worlderly complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Child’s date of birth
• School name
• Learning progress and class participation
• Recorded class sessions

Personal data may be shared with trusted partner companies solely for educational, operational, or service-delivery purposes.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Worlderly may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, scheduling tools, payment gateways).
We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Worlderly and Infinite Innovations SG PTE LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Participation in classes is at the parent’s discretion.
• Worlderly complements, but does not replace, formal schooling.

12. Suspension or Termination

Worlderly may suspend or terminate access:

• For breach of these Terms
• For safety, legal, or operational reasons
• If services are discontinued

Parents may discontinue services at any time by notifying us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated date.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
